I’m a yoga teacher who believes in the power of small moments.
When I first came to yoga, it was for the physical practice. But as I kept showing up, I discovered something deeper—the quiet presence it cultivated within me. That’s what keeps me returning.
In my classes, I aim to hold space for you to land—just as you are—and gently explore what balance feels like in your body and life. Expect thoughtful, breath-led movement that blends flow and stillness, strength and ease. Whether you're here to stretch, ground, or simply pause, my teaching invites you to reconnect inward.
I’m a 200-hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher, with a background that also includes strength training and cycling. My approach to movement is holistic and adaptable—rooted in awareness, and supportive of the body as a whole.
